When I lived in Chicago, about, oh, 4 years ago, I noticed one of these stuck into a free newspaper box. I grabbed it out of idle curiosity, figured it was a one-off oddball rant and left it at that.

Until the following week, wherein another one appeared. They continued appearing, twice a week, for the better part of a year, until they stopped appearing for no determinate reason. I went through two separate outposts of free newspaper boxes and dug out old ones that'd slipped into the rusty interiors of the boxes. This one is one of those. It's also, according to my files, the earliest of this kind of screed by this guy and, dare i say it, the first of the series.
I have close to a hundred of these, and this is the tamest of the bunch. I'll be posting more of 'em soon.
